When will I get my order?
Most items ship within two weeks. Processing times are shown under each product. Time will default to the longest if ordering multiple items.
Do you warranty your badges?
We do warranty the badge reels for 30 days to be free from manufacturer defects. If you have any problem with the reels within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. It's difficult to warranty past that due to the nature of the way they are used.
Can I get a proof of the design?
Proofs can be requested in the order notes. You will have 24 hours to respond to a proof. If no response is received the order will continue using our best judgement.
